Back on stage: when presence is suddenly “real” again
After years of online meetings, Zoom presentations and video calls, the time has come: the real stage is calling. Face-to-face meetings, conferences, presentations – live, in front of people, in real rooms. What was routine for many for a long time now feels unfamiliar and sometimes overwhelming.
From camera to body: the turnaround is noticeable
“Everything ran smoothly online. Camera on, lights on – and off you go.”
That’s how communication worked for a long time. Everything was reduced to the screen. The body remained silent, the space limited to a desk. But suddenly we are back in front of real people. And many are realizing:
- Why do I feel so awkward?
- Why does my voice sound rusty?
- Why don’t I feel like myself anymore?
The feeling is real – and it’s completely normal. If you haven’t used your voice, your charisma and your stage presence for a long time, you won’t be able to call them up at the touch of a button.

Presentation is no coincidence – it can be trained
The good news is that presence can be reactivated. And this is exactly what I support you with in my coaching sessions. Because real presence doesn’t start with PowerPoint – it starts with you.

In my coaching sessions you learn:
- how you can regain your energy through targeted breathing and physical exercises,
- how to consciously use the space to develop your presence,
- how to make your voice sustainable and sonorous again,
- and how you can use eye contact, body language and inner demeanor to get back in touch with your audience
.
Why this is important right now
At a time when artificial intelligence and digital tools are increasingly interfering with communication, one thing is irreplaceable: your personality.
Genuineness, charisma, authenticity – that is what remains and touches. And that’s exactly what we bring back to the stage together.
The spark is ignited – when you are yourself again.
