Face-to-face meetings, conferences, presentations &#8211; live, in front of people, in real rooms. What was routine for many for a long time now feels unfamiliar and sometimes overwhelming.  <br\/><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>From camera to body: the turnaround is noticeable<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Everything ran smoothly online. Camera on, lights on &#8211; and off you go.&#8221;<br\/>That&#8217;s how communication worked for a long time. Everything was reduced to the screen. The body remained silent, the space limited to a desk. But suddenly we are back in front of real people. And many are realizing:    <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Why do I feel so awkward?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Why does my voice sound rusty?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Why don&#8217;t I feel like myself anymore?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The feeling is real &#8211; and it&#8217;s completely normal. And this is exactly what I support you with in my coaching sessions.
