From executives, entrepreneurs and experts who regularly give presentations, lead meetings or speak on stage. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This usually means:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8220;I don&#8217;t assert myself clearly enough in meetings.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;I lack load-bearing capacity in large rooms.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;I seem more tense than I would like to be.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;My expertise is not fully appreciated vocally.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But in the rarest of cases, the voice is actually too small.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Why volume is not a solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many people try to increase their impact by applying more pressure: speaking louder, speaking deeper, acting tougher. Especially in a business context, this quickly leads to tension instead of authority. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A sustainable voice is not created by volume, but by:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>inner clarity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mental structure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conscious breathing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear addressing of the counterpart<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voice is not a volume problem.
