It doesn&#8217;t just show your performance, but above all <em>you<\/em> &#8211; your personality, your voice, your charisma. <br\/>Because: Casters no longer just want to see beautiful scenes in a showreel. They want movement. Vitality. Closeness. Even in casting. <br\/>\u2192 Camera work needs closeness and trust.<br\/>\u2192 An About Me video reveals what makes you unique.  <br\/>Over the last few days, as an acting teacher at the Theaterakademie August Everding, I was able to accompany third-year acting students &#8211; on their way in front of the camera, but above all: to themselves.  <br\/>Always there &#8211; and with an incredible feel for moments behind the camera: Eva Gemmer from HFF Munich. Your posture. Your presence. Your language. <br\/>It&#8217;s an invitation:<br\/>&#8220;Look, this is me. This is what I bring. This is what you can expect from me.&#8221;     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And you know what?<br\/>This kind of visibility is not only important for actors. <br\/>The same applies in business, presentations, pitches and on social media:<br\/>People want to see <em>people<\/em>. Not a facade. Not a role.
