These days offer participants the opportunity to deepen their presentation skills and put them into practice. <\/p><p><strong>2. application phase of four to six weeks:<\/strong><br\/>After the training days, participants should be given an application phase of around four to six weeks. During this time, they can apply and consolidate the newly learned techniques in their day-to-day work. <\/p><p><strong>3rd training day:<\/strong><br\/>After the application phase, I recommend a third training day aimed at discussing challenges encountered and further consolidating presentation skills.
